Organic Fertilizer Fermentation Mode and Site Construction Method

The fermentation mode of organic fertilizer includes trough fermentation, pond fermentation and flat stacked fermentation, and civil engineering design each fermentation needs is not the same. Trough type fermentation need to build several rows of equidistant grooves in the ground, its height is more than one meter, and the distance between the groove and the groove is determined by the width of turning machine purchased, so that the production mode of multi-operation can be achieved.

Pond type fermentation needs to dig pools in the site, and accumulate materials in the pond for fermentation. The turning machine used for pond type fermentation and trough type fermentation is the same; but the discharging problem of pond type fermentation is difficult to solve, and the trough type using forklift to discharge is easier.

Flat stacked fermentation does not need to build troughs or dig pools in the site, and there are few civil works. But the turning machine is a walking type. The accumulation height of material fermentation is too low, and tThe fermentation effect is not as good as the trough type and pond type.
